How to request a refund

- Include your order number and a short note about why you're not satisfied.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. In some cases we may ask you to return the item; if so, we'll send you instructions.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account. Shipping was free, so there are no shipping costs to deduct.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund – your choice.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every US order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day). Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or high seasonal volume.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at sveblushab@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away – we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
